How do you eliminate the General Delivery mailbox from picking up from the Auto Attendent? We have the Star Talk voice mail and the AA picks up and gives 2 options: 0 for the plant and 26 for the plant manager. After 4 rings the general mailbox picks up. I know how to change the number of rings before the general mailbox picks up but we don't want the general mailbox to pickup at all. |
