| We have had MCS install for over an year now and can not ge the thing to work. The IM piece was oversold the conference bridge can not accept access codes and the hardware was moved to the new platform after we installed. I would like to slavage this purchase with any tutorial someone may have to try and put this very expensive box to good use.
