Just an update on the situation.
Line current 40mA.
Good earth on system.
CLI being supplied by both CO lines.
SLTs receiving CLI sometimes. These are cordless DECT phones and the display can be scrolled back through.
PTs displaying 'EXTERNAL' on all incoming calls.
Complete system change-out for new one (inc CLI module).
NO CHANGE in problem!!!
Suspect problem is that exchange lines are BT Feature Line circuits. This should have been removed by today but had not when I left site at 2:00pm. Waiting for customer to report when this has been done then we will see if there is any change in the symptoms.
