| When you press the 'R' or 'Flash' key it releases the call?
If so, then your flash time is wrong!!!
There are 2 solutions to this problem.
1) You can set the phones flash time to a smaler value
2) You can set the PBX flash time to a higher Value.
If you choose the 1st you will change the flash time only for that phone
If you choose the 2nd you will change the flash time for all the subscribers
The 1st solution can be applied according to the phones manufacturer text book
The 2nd solution can be programmed. |
