| I have a suggestion that will prove whether the fault is with the system or network and it's pretty easy to implement:- Install a 2/1A master socket across the BT line (s) BEFORE the line connects to the system. Plug in a CLI enabled POT phone into these sockets. When a call comes in, these phones will ring, as will the phones on the system. Look to see if the CLI is present on the system phones and on the POT phone across the line. If theres no CLI on the POT phone across the line, it's a network issue. Dead easy to test and I'd suggest doing that before swapping the system out. Also, who did you speak to at Panasonic that suggested the swapout? Did you get a name? |
