This customer is over 2 cable miles from the exchange so I don't suspect high loop current.
We have tried leaving the sets ringing for a number of ring cycles and still had no CLI display. With only two lines and a 'quiet' system the incoming traffic is not an issue.
Panasonic have suggested a systen change-out as they have no better suggestion.
Any more thoughts would be most welcome, I will report results of the system change-out as and when.
