| Try increasing the SLT ring wait time for new call in program step 627.
The CLI is read during the first ringing phases on the system. If you are experiencing several simulataneous calls, step 627 will help as several SLT's require a short pause whilst one call stops ringing and the next one starts in order to detect the CLI.
Also, if staff are answering the call very quickly, the CLI may not be presented. I've known it to take a couple of ringing cycles for the CLI to be presented.
Try making some test calls, getting staff to wait say 10 seconds before answering is the CLI then presented? |
