| This is done by a recall timer. Basically when you put someone on hold a timer starts and if thecaller you placed on hold has not been taken off hold the system sends the call back to you. The Timer can be changed but it is system wide so it will change for all stations. the command is 410:06:01-99 (each increment is of 4 seconds so 01 = 4 secs, 02 = 8 secs etc 99 = no recall)
