| How to disable hold ring indicator? How do you disable the hold ring indicator? Our system is setup so that when you place a person on hold and take a call on the second line, the phone will ring non stop after awhile until you click back to the person on hold. Is there a way to disable this feature on a single line or is it a global setting for all phones? I'm new to the NEC PBX world, so any assistance that can be provided will be greatly appreciated. We are using an NEAX 2000 IVS2 PBX and have Dterm Series E phones. Thanks! |
