| Need help with assigning/removing extensions
Hello once again. Well, if there is an easy way to do this in MatWorx, that would be great. I had a manager that wanted his extension added to his new assistant's phone.
Well, I had no problem adding this feature to his new assistant, but the problem is now his old assistant who changed job titles, still has her phone ringing and lighting up. I thought I removed it but all I did was remove the line that lights up.
How do I remove his extension from flashing/ringing on her phone through MatWorx? |
