| This is a long shot, but worth a look. In the CFN (LD 17) there is a parameter called SOLR (Sidetone Objective Loudness Rating). This parameter defines, at what level (db) sidetone is to be heard. It is possible to disable sidetone altogether. When making the change it is not immediate, the change is downloaded to the phones during a few different conditions, sysload, controller reload, superloop reload, and be unplugging/plugging a phone in.
I say this is a long shot because a) someone would have had to change the SOLR, and B.) the loops where you have experienced the problem would have had been disabled/enabled.
Where you see the problem currently, try unplugging/plugging the phone back in and see if theproblem gets cured. If it does, after hours you can always reload your controllers on the loops affected. |
