I came across this site through google and I'm enjoying it. I am a network engineering student and I'm looking to install phone systems. I want to do a PBX system for a company I'm forming with a friend of mine and I want to do it myself without technicians. What are the equipment I need? All I want this phone system to do is to receive calls on the external telephone line and redirect it to the right extension number. I've read about IP PBX or VOIP stuffs and I believe it won't work for me cause bandwidth is expensive here and equipment too.How do I go about the traditional PBX systems that are being used? |
