| Reverse your wires and then unplug and plug the phone back in. If you get a flash and then nothing or if the arrows continue to flash, it usually means that the signals are not right. Pull the jumper and puchdown in the reverse order. You may need to DISU/ENLU that TN. Try to perform an IDU. If it comes back with data, you are good. If it comes back with and NPR error, you are not good.
