| KXTVM 200 Report query Hello all Does anyone know wether the "Caller hung up during greeting" field in the call handling statistics report generated from the KXTVM 200 unit, relates to calls hung up during CS menu prompts, or VM greetings. Or does it the generated statistic include both afformentioned scenarios? I've spoke to Panasonic UK about this and they seem unsure. Many thanks in advance. Matt |
