| Did u get the CD that came in the box or did u buy the stsem on eBay?
The Panasonic web site has the TA-308 manuals on them and that information was on the rest of the documentation...I beleve it was the back of the TEMPLATE that you used to mount the system.
I'm guessing u didn't see that either.
