| Hardware Options to Store Call Log on KXTEM824
I have been using Phonelogger but have found that if the computer is restarted all the data which was stored is lost. Is there any way in which calllogs can be stored over a period regardless of the computer being on or off. I have heard of a Polish device called SERT8 which attaches to the PBX and then can be connected to the PC to dump out stored calls. Any other similar or better products in the market. Are there any optional cards which can be put in the PBX to increase the callog capacity ? Thanks. |
