Hi my name is Jim and I am an alcohlic.......er...uh...ahem...wrong forum sorry.
I have many questions and look forward to a plutonic relationship with some if not all of you. I am a Network Coordinator for a state run university in OK. I am as everybody affectionately calls me ...the phone guy. I am responsible for my huge 3 cab 11C with VoIP. The Sr. phone person is less than helpful at best. Most of what I know is by breaking it and having to undo it. Most of what Nortel does is tell you hhow to use there manuals which are cryptic at best...some days ya just need this is how it's done...BAM. Anyway it's late in the day and I'll probably have questions tomorrow so Hi to all and my name really is Jim. |
