| One option would be Call Cover (Feature 20). You could reduce the Call Cover Rings count (#321) from 10 to say 1 or 2, then a call would ring @ EXT 10 once or twice, and then jump to the extension specified in Feature 20.
If there is an available button with a light on EXT 10 you could use it to activate and cancel the Call Cover feature.
Another option might be to use an external bell or ringer wired in parallel with the voice pair for EXT 10. A toggle switch could be used to disable the bell during the times it is not needed. |
