| Yes, exactly. I need the back office in the morning to be able to hear the phone ringing in the front office, the only way to do that is when the receptionist phone (ext 10) is rinig (in the front office), to assign and rear office extension to ring as well. I looked at call groups, and pick-up groups and i don't think that is the solution. Is there another way to go about this while still maintainng the idea?
