I still haven't found an answer, do you think you can help me out on this one?
I mean, if you are not in the front of the office listening to extension 10 when there is no receptionst, then theres no way of telling when the phone rings unless they happen to dial your extension. I want to have a phone system in the back office ring when extension 10 is ringing. I just don't understand why this is difficult to people who know the system, and as for finding a consultant, good luck because they just want to sell you a new system which is not going to happen.
