Hunt Group Questions Hi, first time posting on the forums, I searched for an answer to my questions but didn't find any. I have a few questions regarding system programming on an Inter-tel 5000 system. We are starting up a small call center and would like to be able to do the following: 1- after so many seconds of holding/ringing, play a recording 2- in the event that the overnight person has to leave unexpectedly, we'd like to be able to forward calls to a cell phone 3- change ringing to silence (or potentially music in the future) I have a basic understanding of system programming, but nothing advanced.
