| Absolutely. I had this exact same issue a couple of weeks ago. Every time one particular user logged into their mailbox the entire voicemail would lockup. Just log into a mailbox that has been setup as an administrator. If you are using the 'softkeys' press the softkey 'more', then 'mgr' then 'chbx'. Then dial the xtn number of that mailbox then choose the option to delete that user. Go through the same process to re-add the user. D |
