| I think I would look to your carrier(s) to provide the resolution - if this was an established circuit, and was working normal - then all the sudden your taking some hits - it sounds like a faulty piece of equipment somewhere in between.....I had a case where an intermediate carrier had unintentionally switched a center portion of the circuit to AMI encoding - both ends were still B8ZS - T1 stayed up, but the 23 and Dchan went wacky every once in a while...took a LONG time to track down - no one wanted to admit to it....
