| Julian has good advice. It goes back to my original question, what do you consider a major feature? Every modern PBX has hundreds of features that can be enabled and some I would consider major but you would not. For instance, conferencing. To some people having the PBX be able to provide conferencing is a very major feature but we do not use it. When a conference call needs to be made we use conference bridges provided by MCI. What you should do is sit down with all the major players at your company and decide what you want your phone system to do. Don't just look at a list of features, decide what you want it to do. Once you have those specs contact your local vendors and tell them what you want. All the major vendors and most (if not all) the smaller vendors will be able to give you what you need and several features that you didn't know you needed also. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
