| Beep on listen in
Hi,
My supervisors can listen in on an agent call, I'm not sure what this feature is called, barge-in, listen-in, monitor or similar.
But, the agents who are being monitored get an intermitent beep in their ear.
Where can i turn this beep off? I'd also like it not to beep when the supevisor first comes into the call.
