Hi,

Is there anybody there who is willing to help me about my problem, i am new about VOIP, i have a problem with the activation of IP phone, previuosly we installed VOIP Phone units with model: Dialog 4425 DBC42501/01001 R2B with Software version: Boot-CAA1580017 R3D, Application-CAA1580018 R3K and Language-CAA1580020 connected to ELU32 (ROF1375428/1-R6A & Software-CAA158022 R4F) the installation was perfect and no problem at all. However, i purchased new IP phone sets with the following Specs; model is Dialog 4425 DBC42502/01001 R2C with Software: Boot-CAA158004 R3C, Application-CAA1580043 R3C and Language-CAA1580045. My question is, is that any mis-match software version from the telephone unit to ELU32, thats why the IP unit doesnt work.
