CallPilot Mail Box Acceptance Freaky.....

I call a menu and select 1 or 2 to be sent to a skillset, if after hours, it sends me to a voice mail box. On one call I will enter the mail box and be able to leave a message. If I hang up and hit redial, the call then tells me that I am not a subscriber. I hang up and redial again and you might be able to leave a message. So, one time I AM a subscriber and the next time I many NOT be a subscriber.

What would cause this? I have verified my ACD, CDN, Menu Service in AppBuilder, my voice mail ports are all in service.... I even stopped and started them just to be clean. I don't know what else to do. Thoughts?
