Post Configuring an Inter-Tel 7000 SIP Endpoint 8662 to work on a non Inter-Tel SIP System

Hello everybody,

I'm a newby here and think I've posted this earlier in the wrong thread. Please accept my apologies if I did.

We worked hard trying to get the Inter-Tel 8662E IP endpoint [7000-Sip-version] to work on a non-Inter-Tel SIP system.

We had actually successfully managed to connect the SIP version phone [Version ITSIPB_1.0.5.10] on the non-Inter-Tel SIP system but only with very few basic features and in order to make it fully functional, we'd need some samples of the xml files the phone is looking for and all I know is that these xml files are usually being generated by the 7000 server itself, I'd greatly appreciate if anyone here would be able to obtain the following xml files and email it.

1. SipMACADDR.xml
2. global.xml

3. keymap.xml
4. btxml.xml

Thanks in advance,
Brian F
