Voice Activated auto attenadant system??? In connection with the delay answering in our pabx one of my friend who is technician told me that is from our external auto attendant it is voice activated once the system hear voice it will activate the conversation sounds awful and strange but I dont know Im new with PABX system.
If its true how to deactivate the voice activated system of our auto attendant.
