Lightbulb Need better Support

We're having issues with our Call Center system. We run Symposium 5.0 for our inbound routing. We use Periphonics IVR. Our agent outbound calls are done using Callpath (Genesys Tserver), and IBM AS400. We need to find a company that can work on the Callpath part of our system.

We'd prefer to avoid Cothern Computer Systems and Igate. We'd like to get another company to look at the system for us.

Can anybody help me with some contact information?
