On the Avaya PBX Definity G3R, you can add a send calls button with no extension in the extension field and it sends the call directly to voice mail and stops ringing the phone.
I am working on a Nortel CS1000 now and cannot locate any feature that will do the same thing.
Scenario: I recieve a call, look at the display and don't want to answer, but don't want the phone to continue ringing. I want a button to press to send the calls directly to vmail.
Anything??? |
