| i went into the pbx, disabled the set (which logged it out of the acd que on the pbx) but it was still in not ready on symposium. the que in symposium that i needed to take out of service (when eveyone logs out) remained in service. the fellow who had the on call phone (out of service treatment in symposium) had to drive in and log his super out. not sure if i am missing something on this particular issue or maybe designed it this way. thanks for the reply idelo |
