| That is correct. However, we may have gotten a problem fixed. I am now getting SMDR data with the correct cable, but it appears we are getting outbound information only, and not inbound. The tech we had that was working with us opened a case with NTAC. NTAC instructed the tech to reintialize the AP00 card. Nothing we were doing appeared to be working. When NTAC discovered that the cable we were originally using was not a spec cable, they halted the troubleshooting process and told the tech we could not proceed until we got the correct cable. The correct cable was acquired, and as soon as it was plugged in, SMDR data began streaming again. Today I found out that we are not logging incoming calls. Is it neccessary to instruct the PBX to log inbound calls for SMDR, or does it automatically do it, and we have another problem here? Did the attempts to reinitialize the AP00 card have something to do with this? It was working normally before. |
