| I have the cable connected directly to my serial port on my laptop, hyperterminal is set to COM1 38400 8N1, and I get nothing. I have used the cable in the past to connect to other phone systems, but I don't get any response.
Do the pin settings or jumpers have to be set in a certain way?
Basically I am out of luck with this until I can find the IP address to configure it.
