Removing an EPN consists of removing the fiber and cabinet in software, disconnecting the fiber, unseating the TN573 and removing it in translations. Your switch will complain about having a TN573 in there doing nothing.

Unseat the card then type "change cir", if you do not enter a cabinet number cabinet 1 will come up by default. Page down to the E carrier and remove the TN573.

To remove the cabinet type "change cir 4" then go to each carrier and remove the cards remaining (if any). Then type "remove cab 4", on the next screen press enter.

Now you can physically turn the cabinet off and remove the fiber patch cord and transcievers.
