MWI ( light on m3905 ) MerMail light not functioning.
I am 100% new to the call center m3900 series Nortel phone.
The message waiting light on m3905 is not blinking when a message has been left on phone's voicemail. Using Nortel PBX CS 1000 and MerMail voicemail system. Any thoughts?
