| alcatel omnipcx office + acd - ringing continues after abandoned call
even though the caller abandons the call, the destination set rings until the abandoned call is answered.
what should be changed so that the destination set stops ringing if the caller has abandoned?
this happens only for ACD calls. other incoming calls behaviour is correct. |
