Install tech to ADMIN
Hello,

I was a major Large Business systems installation tech for a bell company in Cincinnati OH for 9 years. An opportunity came up and I moved over to the customer/admin side in January. I know the Tech side very well and I am learning the admin side on a daily bases. Doing a call center is very challenging and exciting!
