| programming ISDN trunk group
When programming an ISDN trunk group form in Avaya pbx for toll free inbound service only - what is a good standard to follow when populating the 'Direction' field and 'Service Type' field. I've been setting Direction as two way and Service Type as cbc. Calls are coming in okay so but not sure if some other selections for these fields would be more appropriate. Thanks |
