You have an R1 Audix? I didn't know any of those still existed. I will have to see if I can dig up any documentation on it. I don't remember the menu trees in it.

Couple things. In the PBX, status the link and see what it says. In the Audix go to the diagnostics menu and make sure the link is not busied out or displays some other problem. Did you reprogram the link info in the new system or just move the hard drive over? If you used the drive that came with the new system, there might be some customer options different.

Since all R1 Audix hardware is 20+ years old, you might have just gotten a bad card in it. Swap the link card with the one in the other Audix and see if anything changes.
