| Yes we are using H323 connection which, as you say should just be a hand-off from a dial peer. Works fine to the CME but not the UCM which is the confusing thing. (Also works fine out of the same gateway to other Succession 1000E locations.). We believe that we have configured the UCM and the CME in the same way. We are just trying to find out if there is something we might have missed on the Cisco side.
We are on a general migration from Nortel to Cisco so all our experience is on the Nortel side and we on a steep Cisco leaning curve. We feel confident that 1000E side is correct, after all we did get it to work to the CME. We have followed all the relevent Cisco documents that detail how to configure both ends. We will run the dial peer dbug as you suggested and post the results.
