| The Hunt group settings look correct.
You may need to set Dynamic Routing on HG 501 to go to the VM group (500).
If you were able to set the name, greeting and password for VM box 250 from a phone the you will have remote VM admin.
If it is going to the General Mailbox, I suspect that the VM box 250 is not set up correctly (password).
Try divert 250 to VM and see what happens when you call it internally.
Make sure 250 has some General resource keys. |
