Fixed Subscriber Errror - Voice Mail Still not working

Hello again! OK.. I am ALMOST there!!! I think I have done everything, but it still doesn't seem to be working. It either rings-out (when I toggle some settings) or it goes to the company-wide message. Please note / confirm the following things I have done, my questions are in bold:

1. Create a virtual subscriber (example 250)

I made this virtual subscriber, which is now listed as a Virtual Terminal, and gave it a name

2. In programming divert this subscriber immediately to the group.

I went into the Details, then on the "Diversion" button and set the following:

Div. Type: Immediate
Service: Telephone
Rarget Type: Hunt.Grp.
Target Number: 501 (This hunting group consists of the 3 subscribers that can answer the phone)

(Is it correct that I have entered this hunting group here?)

3. In dynamic routing for this subscriber, set the timer for routing to the VM group.

OK.. in the Dynamic Routing for subscriber 250, I have set the following:

VMU as Auto. Attendant (lev. 1) - NOT CHECKED
External Calls Routing on busy - CHECKED
Level 1 Use Timer - CHECKED
Destination No - 500 (this is our standard Voice mail Hunt Group)
Level 2 Use Timer - CHECKED
Routing to Gen. Level - CHECKD
Gen. Bell to Gen. Level - NOT CHECKED
Diversion Apply - CHECKED

(Are these settings correct??)

4. You may also have to set the dynamic routing for the group to route to the VM group as well

I tried with this set and not set and still no joy (I had been setting it to 500 - our general VM hunting group. Is this correct?

5. You will have to create a VMU key (with 250) on the phone you wish to alert for messages.

That was no problem, and pressing the button gets me into the voice mail box no problem.

6. In the public numbering plan send the DDI number to the VIrtual Subscriber (function = subscriber).

No problem again, this is set.

Additional Notes

I figured that it wouldn't work without the virtual subscriber's mailbox being set up, so I entered names and message for the virtual subscriber and set a password.

How do I check if my system supports "Remote VM Administration"? I am fairly certain it does, as I have access from my terminal to check another person's voice mail, but I can't see the setting anywhere within PM5?
