| but we're not using cme, we use ccm + unity and cue with voice gateway for branch office. the configure is as below.
in ccm, cti rp=2296 which connect to branch cue with aa application. when caller enter branch extension, that extension rings and no answer divert unity. we open call view in unity and find rediect number is 2296, not that extension. |
