| Bro you don’t mention if it’s Altiware O.E 5.0A or ACM 5.0A anyway. Here is the procedure how to configure a hunt group
If you are using Altiware O.E 5.0a under system management select extension configuration next select add make sure to select hunt group on the type.
Point the cursor the created hunt group extension then select group on the bar then select the member extension the select call handling then select the option you want if it’s ring first available member and so on.
