Hey guys

I have a compact DCS with a bit of a line trouble. When a call comes in on trunk702, approx 5 seconds into the call there is a loud click(sounds just like a hangup). It only happens once during the course of a single call and from what I can tell only on that one trunk. The client is upset because customers keep thinking they've been hung up on.

The switch has a 4COP, 2 2x4 DLI cards and SVMi4, 1 phone with a daughter board.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
