MD110's call center capability ranges from different combinations of products of Ericsson.
1. Solidus E-care - IVRS of ericsson, reliable and easy to manage, but suggest not to install on a win2k server. check compatibility on win2k3.
2. MD110 call center hardware - consist of digital phones, digital cards(for md110 magazine?
I have maintained one before, having some problems with the server of solidus ecare on win2k server, according to apac support, the problem is with the platform again. I havent tried genesys, please post on the Genesys trends for more info.
