Hello All! Rookie Audix Question...
I am the IT Director for a hotel that is using Audix for messaging (without a support contract).
Our Director of HR wants us to increase her "saved" messages retention time.
When I do a ‘change subscriber’ for her extension, is see that she is using COS class00. When I do a ‘change cos class00’, I see retention times of 10 days for new, old and unopened. Which one refers to ‘saved’ messages? Old? I have people telling me that they have saved messages for months. What gives? Am I looking at the correct screen? Also, as a best practice, isn’t it best to keep her in line with the COS rather than adjusting her local page? What do you suggest is the best thing that I can do to accomodate her request without clogging up the message storage or fouling up something else? Keep in mind that this is the HR Director and she is on the unofficial IT "Don't Disappoint" list!
