| Thanks Being a survivor of Siemens PBX business downsizing, I have very little knowledge of Avaya business process. I've been working with Avaya switches for almost four years now, but all this time is spend on the end user side. The upgrade was supposed to be handled by our former vendor (a large "mostly" remote service BP). They in turn subcontracted a top name in Avaya field service to do a G700 upgrade. We own the PBX and our vendor sold us a new S8300B. I asked them about the old board, but my sales rep told me that we own that. Thanks for your help Yury |
