I think you will have a problem implementing this on your own. But it works like this.

1. Create a virtual subscriber (example 250)
2. In programming divert this subscriber immediately to the group.
3. In dynamic routing for this subscriber, set the timer for routing to the VM group.
4. You may also have to set the dynamic routing for the group to route to the VM group as well
5. You will have to create a VMU key (with 250) on the phone you wish to alert for messages.
6. In the public numbering plan send the DDI number to the VIrtual Subscriber (function = subscriber).

All this will be wrong if your system does not suport 'Remote VM administration'. If you do not have this you will have to use a spare Analogue subscriber instaed of a virtual subscriber, so that you can set the VM password and VM Message.
